Please be aware that all CCE events we go on as scheduled regardless of weather conditions. It will be the responsibility of participants to monitor weather conditions for events and make appropriate arrangements to arrive on schedule.We can make no provisions or exceptions in performance times for late arrivals. In addition no refunds or credits will be given for any CCE event. Please make every effort to provide alternate travel arrangements for your organization due to changes in weather forcasts. We do not want you to miss participating in our events but these rules must be enforced in fairness to all teams. |
